What expertise do you bring to RWC?
I’ve worked in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. My sales career began with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in selling retail shopping centers and net-leased properties throughout the Midwest. I sold more than $200 million of investment real estate during my tenure there and gained confidence to take on bigger challenges. Immediately prior to RWC, I was a member of CBRE’s Multifamily Capital Markets office in Columbus. During my time there, I exceeded my previous efforts and sold over $700 million in retail and multifamily transactions and advised clients on more than $1 billion worth of assignments. I focus my efforts now to provide investment sales services to multifamily clients and I work with developers to assemble land for ground-up multifamily and retail projects. And finally, I’m proud that I earned the highly coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in 2009. I always want to get better and learn more, when possible.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two sons, playing tennis, swimming, and learning golf. My faith is very important to me, so I also spend time involved in my church as a Christian.
What do you love about Columbus?
As a Columbus native, I love how the city has grown and continues to develop into a diverse population.
